At the Nov. 19, 2025 board meeting, the Mariposa Community Association Board of Directors formally adopted the Mariposa Pledge — Lead with Love. Speak to Unite. It’s a shared commitment to how we show up for one another — in conversation, in action and in community life.
Mariposa is home to people from many backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. This pledge reminds us that while we may not always agree, we can always choose respect, empathy and unity.
The pledge applies to all of us — residents, guests, board and committee members, Community Life staff, business partners and contractors alike. Each individual is accountable for their words and actions, and for contributing to a community rooted in connection and care.
